This policy covers event registration fees and membership fees paid to CoTE (Chamber of Trade & Enterprises) through our website.
Event registration fees cover venue, hospitality, materials and delegate arrangements that CoTE commits to in advance. Fees paid are therefore non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.
Your seat is transferable. If you cannot attend, another person from your organisation may use your registration. Write to info@cotehub.com or WhatsApp +91 94891 68989 with the replacement delegate's name, mobile number and email at least 48 hours before the event so we can update the entry list.
If CoTE cancels an event, every registered delegate will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid or a transfer of the registration to the rescheduled date. The choice is yours.
If CoTE changes the date or venue of an event, your registration is carried over automatically. If the new date does not suit you, tell us within 7 days of the announcement and we will refund the amount paid in full.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Money debited but no registration ID shown. Payments that do not complete are reversed by the bank automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not reached you by then, WhatsApp +91 94891 68989 with your name, mobile number, the amount and the date, and we will trace it with our payment gateway.
Charged twice for the same registration. Contact us with both payment references. Once verified, the duplicate amount is refunded in full, with no deduction.
Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of payment — the same card, UPI ID or bank account. We cannot refund to a different account.
CoTE initiates the refund within 7 working days of approval. It then reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All refund and cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@cotehub.com from the email address used at registration, quoting your registration ID.
