Members are encouraged to maintain openness to learning, collaboration, new ideas, and constructive discussions for collective growth.
Membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
CoTE reserves the right to modify membership structures, policies, chapter formats, event schedules, or benefits whenever required for organizational growth.
Members shall not misuse the CoTE name, logo, contacts, database, platform, or community for unauthorized promotions, misleading activities, or personal conflicts.
Participation in networking opportunities, referrals, collaborations, or business activities within CoTE shall be based on mutual trust, ethics, and professional responsibility.
CoTE shall not be held responsible for individual business transactions, financial commitments, partnerships, or disputes between members.
By registering as a member, the applicant confirms that all information provided is true to the best of their knowledge and agrees to abide by the policies, values, and code of conduct of CoTE.
